Three Chances to Hear "Illuminated"

Three ensembles have programmed "Illuminated by the Light of Two Ships Passing in the Night" this winter and spring: the Boston New Music Initiative (February 4), the University of Nebraska New Music Festival (February 15-16) and the Bronx Arts Ensemble (May 23).

A small career milestone, "Illuminated" will become my first composition to be played by five different ensembles (it was played previously by Juventas New Music Ensemble and the Cleveland Contemporary Players).

I was moved by the extraordinary number of friends who came out for this fall's concerts (some traveling from long distances!) and look forward to sharing more music with you in 2010.
