Grand Prize Winner - 5th House Ensemble Competition

The 5th House Ensemble has awarded the Grand Prize for their 2010 Young Composer Competition. They'll play Illuminated by the Light of Two Ships Passing in the Night during their 2010-2011 subscription series in Chicago (dates TBA).

5th House Ensemble is an innovative group whose performances are "aimed at highlighting relationships between classical music and art forms as diverse as film, dance, gourmet food, theater, winemaking and visual art, as well as creating new sounds through collaborations with artists of other music genres."
